One Stop Credentialing and Registration (OSCAR)

The New York State Department of Transportation has a program, One Stop Credentialing and Registration (OSCAR), to expedite obtaining operating credentials. In order to commence usage of the OSCAR feature, you will need to set up a login ID and password, as well as have your USDOT# and NYS Tax-ID# handy. From the OSCAR site, you can also access registration forms for the IFTA/HUT and IRP.
